Mortgage Loan Officer

We’re seeking motivated, experienced Loan Officers to join our high-performance real estate and mortgage team. In this role, you’ll work with a steady stream of warm, qualified leads, guiding clients from pre-approval to closing while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll have full support from our in-house processing, underwriting, and marketing teams—allowing you to focus on building relationships, structuring loans, and closing deals quickly. Compensation : $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and real estate agents
• Pre-qualify clients, collect documentation, and guide them through the mortgage process
• Analyze financial and credit data to recommend the best loan programs
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting to ensure smooth and timely closings
• Stay current on mortgage products, guidelines, and industry trends
• Follow up promptly with leads provided by the company to maximize conversion
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
