Salary : $80,000 - 115,000 per year
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
- Sitecore Platform DXP or similar certification preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Sitecore CMS development within mid-size, multi-site organizations
- At least 5 years of experience in .NET software development in a Microsoft environment
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with web or web API applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, REACT, HTML5 / CSS / LESS, and Visual Studio IDE
- Experience in Blazor single page application development
- Familiarity with Sitecore SXA, rendering host, and headless configurations
- Strong SQL relational database knowledge
- Hands-on experience developing C# plugins for Microsoft Dynamics365 and integrating via Power Platform
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with end-users, developers, and internal stakeholders to develop specifications and communicate project deliverables
- Basic knowledge of hybrid mobile application development using Microsoft stack technologies like Xamarin / .NET MAUI is a plus
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud platform, particularly for resource management and cost reporting
- Knowledge of software application security standards and best practices
- Experience with Git version control
- Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management platforms, preferably Azure DevOps
- Capability to adapt in a fast-paced development environment with shifting priorities
- Team player with a cooperative attitude towards all employees and customers
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with senior team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement features for our websites and applicationsLead the enhancement and integration efforts for the Microsoft Dynamics365 platformManage and prioritize development backlog with the leadership teamMaintain CI / CD build and release pipelines while participating in code review processesServe as a subject matter expert on occasional software implementation projectsDesign and develop enhancements, modules, and components for our global Sitecore-based websitesCreate Blazor-based Single Page Application (SPA) components together with UX team membersIntegrate CMS with external business systems, including CRM, PIM, and DAMExecute organizational change-management processes for incoming requestsProvide accurate task estimates and feasibility assessmentsDocument requirements, code, and functionalities; develop training plans for content authors as necessaryImplement features for .NET web applications, cloud-native systems integration workloads, and hybrid mobile appsCreate and maintain C# plugins and custom logic for Dynamics365 CRMConduct cloud cost analyses for new project specificationsCollaborate with development, UX, and QA teams to design testing plans for new featuresSupport upgrade planning for department-managed software systemsWork with local and international IT departments to manage infrastructureEnsure compliance with corporate Application Lifecycle Management standardsMaintain departmental CI / CD build and release definitionsUphold software application security standards across all systems and applicationsEngage in code reviews for continuous improvementTechnologies :
