Since 1985 Total Appliance Service has been repairing all major appliances in the Central Ohio, Northeast Ohio and Pittsburgh. Our goal is to provide prompt, reliable appliance repair service doing our best to accommodate customers busy schedules. With Total Appliance Service Inc customers can rest easy knowing that their appliances will be back up and running in no time, at an affordable cost.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client requests for appliance service
  • Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems
  • Estimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation
  • Repair appliances
  • Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services
  • Adhere to manufacturer recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Associate degree or appliance repair certification preferred
  • Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or related field (HVAC) is preferred
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
  • Excellent customer service skills
