Location : Central Vermont (Relocation Required No Long Commutes)

Start Date : Fall 2025

Step into a stable, mission-driven outpatient practice offering manageable volumes (14 patients / day) , an experienced multidisciplinary care team, and a focus on long-term sustainability and succession planning . This is a permanent, full-time opportunity designed for a physician ready to invest in the health and wellness of a tight-knit Vermont community. Your Role

  • Provide outpatient care for adult and pediatric patients
  • Average 14 patient visits / day in a supportive, team-based clinic
  • Participate in 1 : 11 phone-only call rotation no in-person after-hours coverage
  • Engage in quality initiatives , care coordination, and minimal admin
  • Help shape the future of the practice through succession planning efforts

Compensation & Perks

  • Guaranteed base salary : $230,000
  • Up to $20,000 annually in quality incentives
  • Student loan repayment matching up to $10,000 / year

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • If BE, must include date of graduation
  • Active DEA & BLS Certification Required
  • Clean malpractice history Required
  • Vermont medical license Must be active prior to start
  • Must be able to start by Fall 2025
  • Candidates must live within 1 hour or be open to relocating no long commutes
