Service Technician (Level 2 or 3)Fix It All – Mandan, ND$22–$30 / hr | Full-Time | Remodeling & Repair Love Your Work — But Hate Your Boss? We get it.   • Handle remodels and home repairs with professionalism and pride
  • Use JobTread to manage your work without micromanagement
  • Lead or assist on-site crews, depending on your level
  • Continue to develop your skillset in every aspect
  • Communicate with clients, teammates, and leadership like a pro

What You Bring :

  • 3+ years in remodeling, construction, or skilled trades
  • Solid experience with tools, measurements, and materials
  • A team-first attitude and the ability to lead or learn
  • You show up early, stay organized, and don’t make excuses
  • You actually care about doing the job right
