Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook). Knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management. Knowledge of the policies and procedures of the program area of assignment and of agency policies and procedures. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to make and communicate decisions. Ability to analyze data and present ideas effectively. Be a point of contact to assist employees, customers, HR contacts, and college / divisions, and other campuses
Assist customers with application issues in person and over the phone Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 40 Job Duty Serve at the front desk greeting customers and answer all incoming calls and in-person inquiries for the Office of Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Suite.
Manage multiple email accounts and forward emails to the appropriate parties.
Organize office and assist associates
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 30 Job Duty Perform duties in the PeopleAdmin ATS such as posting positions, closing positions, and reactivating applications
Assist with the dissemination of the underutilization letters to hiring managers Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 20 Job Duty Perform other duties as assigned. Assist with special projects and assignments for the Office of Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations.
