Position Summary :

The Landscape Crew Lead supervises a team of landscape workers and coordinates other resources. The Crew Leader ensures that safety and risk management practices are followed in the performance of all work. Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of the typical landscape, horticulture practices, equipment, and the ability to lead others in the completion of work. Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service and communication skills with employees, clients, and management.
