About the Role :

The Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of various systems within our communities. This position involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues to maintain a safe and efficient environment. The technician will also be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting and HVAC systems maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
