An established organization is seeking an ERP and Applications Manager to oversee and enhance core business systems, including ERP, eCommerce, and web applications. This role will manage daily operations, lead system improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business processes are supported effectively.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in enterprise systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance technical expertise with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms, ensuring stability, security, and performance

Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations

Partner with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Oversee project budgets, timelines, and priorities

Document requirements, processes, test plans, and user guides

Provide direction and mentorship to stakeholders and team members

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field

3–5 years of experience in enterprise applications or business systems management

Strong ERP background (Sage X3 experience )

Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms such as Magento or Shopify

Proficiency in SQL and data analysis

Strong communication and documentation skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
