Hardware Engineer II

A company is looking for a Hardware Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

Manage component-related activities including preferred parts, obsolescence, and new part approvals

Collaborate with teams to develop automation tools and ensure partners' satisfaction

Monitor and improve component engineering processes and maintain relationships with key component suppliers

Required Qualifications

B.E in Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the electronics products manufacturing industry

Familiarity with component engineering tools and exceptional technology acumen

Knowledge of electronics and electromechanical components, along with strategic sourcing methodologies

Experience in managing high-performing teams in a global environment

Proven ability in risk identification, decision-making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
