Experience variety, challenge, and growth as you rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units. Each shift offers new experiences to expand your clinical skills.
Your Role :
Provide outstanding patient-centered care while floating between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support.Adapt quickly to changing workflows in a collaborative environment.Utilize clinical judgement and evidence-based practices to ensure patient safety and well-being.Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry; 2 years preferred.Flexibility : Must meet schedule requirements as detailed.Training & Skills :
Receive extensive training in :ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NIHSS (Stroke Scale)IV UltrasoundCross-training to become Charge Nurse for leadership growth.What We Offer :

Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license from the state of practice, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Degrees : Completion of an accredited nursing program.
Required Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
