A company is looking for a Staff Data Analyst, Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Operations leaders to transform analytical insights into actionable strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment on operational metrics
Design and maintain dashboards to track KPIs related to system health and workflow efficiency
Required Qualifications
Experience in data analytics, focusing on operational data and enterprise applications
Familiarity with analyzing data from systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, and RevPro
Strong understanding of core operational metrics and performance analysis methods
Proficient in SQL and Python / R for data modeling and statistical analysis
Ability to lead in leveraging data and analytics for business problem-solving
