A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to serve as a strategic partner to marketing and commercial teams, providing financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Provide financial leadership and support to commercial and marketing organizations

Conduct financial planning processes, including variance analysis and advanced financial modeling

Act as a trusted financial advisor, communicating insights and supporting cross-functional initiatives

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or consulting

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modeling

Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Tableau, and SQL is a plus

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
