We are now hiring an Inside Sales Consultant to manage inbound enquiries, conduct structured phone consultations, and guide prospective patients through an educational, trust-based decision process.

About the Role
As the Inside Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for men exploring our specialist men’s health treatment. Your role is consultative, educational, and grounded in emotional intelligence. This is not a transactional sales environment - it requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to guide sensitive conversations with confidence.
You will handle a mix of scheduled phone consultations and warm leads, ensuring every prospective patient feels informed, supported, and respected. With one core treatment to master, you will quickly develop deep expertise and be able to provide clear, accurate information that helps clients make well-considered decisions.
The typical work week is approximately 35 hours, Monday–Friday. There are no weekend shifts.
What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct approximately 30 scheduled 30-minute phone consultations per week with warm inbound leads.
Manage follow-ups through phone, text, and CRM tasks in a structured, consistent way.
Build rapport with prospective patients, handle sensitive topics confidently, and create a safe, respectful environment
Qualify leads based on readiness, intent, understanding of treatment, and financial preparedness.
Guide prospects through an educational and consultative conversation - no high-pressure tactics.
Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene : every task completed, every note documented, no missed follow-ups.
Provide clear professional recommendations based on training, script, and patient needs.
Collaborate closely with the physician assistant, treating doctor, and operational team.
Represent Atlanta Innovative Medicine with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Who You Are
We are looking for a sales professional with exceptional communication skills and strong experience in consultative B2C sales.
You will excel here if you are :
Calm, grounded, and confident - able to hold sensitive conversations with ease.
A strong active listener who builds trust quickly and treats patients with respect.
Experienced in high-ticket B2C sales, ideally within medical, cosmetic, wellness, luxury automotive, or other relationship-based environments.
Highly organised and process-driven, with immaculate CRM habits.
Comfortable using systems such as Go High Level, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
Motivated by meaningful work and capable of representing a medical treatment with professionalism.
Comfortable learning a clinical product and articulating information accurately.
Able to work full-time onsite in Atlanta, with future flexibility potential once performance is consistently strong.
