LOCATION: Irvine, CA

PAY RANGE: $25-$30/hr (more based on experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare successful demand packages in personal injury matters.
• Draft well-written demand letters that clearly establish the facts of the case and outline the injuries and damages sustained by the client.
• Calculate damages, including lost wages, property damage and medical expenses.
• Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.

YOUR SKILLS:

• 2 years of experience working in a personal injury law firm.
• Ability to review and organize medical records and bills.
• Must be able to perform at a high level in fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling a large volume of personal injury cases and a proven track record of drafting successful demand letters.
• Type at least 40 wpm.
