Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of all KPIs related to a specific customer segment

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or scaled customer engagement
Strong data fluency and operational rigor
Experience in managing a large portfolio through digital and direct outreach
Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
