Job Summary: We are seeking career minded, passionate and motivated Hosts/Hostesses. Greeting our guests with a giant smile and hospitable welcome as they arrive for their dining experience. Answering the phones with the same giant smile and warmly assisting our guests in making a reservation for their next dining experience. We are ladies and gentlemen, serving ladies and gentlemen and the people at Rita's are here to make good things happen for other people! We will train you! You just need to be willing to learn.
Who you are: Hosts/Hostesses are responsible for ensuring that all guests who dine with us have memorable experiences filled with hospitality, delicious food and drinks, and exceptional service. You are the welcoming face of the restaurant!! You are an ambassador on the floor and at the front door, providing our guests with warm and attentive hospitality.
This position can be full or part time!
