Schedule: 8-hour shifts; every other weekend and holiday rotation required; 8 hours non-billable orientation

• Ideal for experienced perinatal educators with strong OR circulating and C-section expertise
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
• Contract assignment with every other weekend schedule
• Holiday and overtime multipliers at 1.25%
• Opportunity to mentor and develop nursing staff in high-acuity perinatal care

Requirements:

• 3+ years of current RN Educator experience in the perinatal field required
• Demonstrated experience educating staff on circulating in OR for C-sections required
• High proficiency in Labor and Delivery and C-section circulation (straight LD RN experience alone will not be considered)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree required
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications (must be active and in hand prior to start)
• COVID vaccination with dose on or after October 3, 2023, or approved exemption required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility location
• Reliable personal vehicle required for this assignment
• Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency (Nursing Pool) license required
