Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in client or patient management, preferably in a staffing role
A client-first mindset with a commitment to quality care and customer satisfaction
Strong ownership and detail orientation with experience managing complex processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with technology and experience using scheduling or CRM systems is a plus
