About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Mergers and Acquisitions to spearhead its corporate development activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end M&A process, including sourcing and nurturing acquisition opportunities, particularly those led by founders. This role involves the development of market theses, managing the entire deal lifecycle from origination to closing, and preparing investment cases for executive and sponsor review. The Head of M&A will also work closely with integration and functional leaders to ensure that acquired entities align strategically, and that synergies are realized and onboarding is seamless. Applicants for the Head of M&A position at the company should possess a strong background in relationship-building, financial analysis, and valuation. The role requires the ability to drive strategic, people-centered growth and to partner effectively with various stakeholders. A successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing M&A activities and a deep understanding of the M&A process. The Head of M&A will play a critical role in the company's expansion and must be adept at navigating the complexities of the market to identify and secure the right opportunities for growth.
