What You'll Do :
Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care.Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to support optimal patient outcomes.Major Responsibilities :
Assess the needs of the patient and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families.Recognize and address significant changes in patient's condition, making timely interventions.Implement strategies that prioritize patient safety and reduce risks.Coordinate effective discharge planning using an interdisciplinary approach.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.Ensure all care practices align with nursing and regulatory standards.Qualifications :
Current Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin.Basic Life Support (BLS) certified.1 year of experience in clinical nursing preferred.Completion of an accredited nursing program.Physical Requirements :
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with nursing care including lifting, standing, walking, and potentially handling hazardous materials.Must possess functional speech, vision, and hearing to ensure effective communication with patients and teams.We Value Teamwork!
