Develop multi-angle narratives : ROI-driven, compliance-driven, social proof, Implement personalization at scale (snippets, dynamic variables, micro-references). Design multi-touch sequences with proper cadence, volume safeguards, and reply Ensure smooth handoff to client SDR / AE teams for qualified replies. Configure and manage sending domains, DNS (SPF / DKIM / DMARC), mailboxes, and Proactively monitor bounce / spam rates and inbox placement. Implement remediation strategies to keep deliverability green at all times. Run structured A / B / n tests across subject lines, hooks, CTAs, and timing. Maintain an experiment backlog and roll proven winners into playbooks. Document learnings to standardize outbound best practices. Join weekly client meetings with Relationship Managers to present performance, tests, Provide Slack + Intercom updates : key metrics, experiments, and recommendations. Act as the technical POC for campaign-related client questions. Track KPIs : opens, reply rates (positive / neutral / objection), meetings booked, Provide weekly performance reports inside HubSpot and client Slack. Surface objection / reply trends and market insights to inform broader GTM strategy. Work within a pod structure (1 CSM + 2 GTMs, ~20–25 clients per pod). Align campaigns with CSMs to support retention and renewal strategies. Collaborate with Product / Leadership to feedback market insights. 2–5+ years running outbound / cold email campaigns or B2B growth ops. Experience scaling campaigns to 10k- 100k + emails / month. Proven ability to improve reply and meeting rates through copy + targeting iteration. Hands-on with tools like Instantly, CLay, Apollo, HubSpot, salesforce, pipedrive Strong grasp of deliverability (SPF / DKIM / DMARC, warmup, reputation). Excellent copywriting & communication skills — able to explain campaign choices Analytical, process-driven mindset : comfortable turning data into actionable Formal academic credentials are not required; Be the engine behind outbound success for fast-growing B2B companies. Position : Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer / Campaign Manager / Strategist
Location : Remote (Location Flexible) - EAST working hours
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented GTM Engineer to drive the technical execution of client campaigns. In this role, you’ll own targeting, copywriting, sequencing, deliverability, experimentation, and reporting—ensuring every campaign is optimized to deliver results.
You’ll work directly with clients through weekly calls and ongoing updates, serving as a subject-matter expert within a dedicated pod (1 CSM + 2 GTMs). While Relationship Managers focus on renewals, you’ll be responsible for campaign performance, client satisfaction, and day-to-day problem-solving.
