🚗 Dealership Lot Technician – Full Time (Bend, Madras & Central Oregon Region)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (or until assignments are complete)

Route Coverage : Bend, Madras, Redmond, Prineville, Sisters, La Pine, Sunriver, Terrebonne & surrounding areas

Pay : $22 / hour base + guaranteed $25 / hour during training ramp-up + per-vehicle photo incentives

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive between assigned dealerships in your own reliable vehicle

Capture crisp interior & exterior photos, 360° spins, videos, and window labels with a company-issued iPhone & app

Locate vehicle keys, move cars, and stage them for the perfect shot

Apply inventory labels & window stickers

Communicate with dealership staff about unready or missing vehicles

Manage your schedule independently, prioritize tasks, and finish assignments on time

Who We’re Looking For

Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license

Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Self-driven, organized, and dependable

Tech-savvy & eager to learn new systems / software

Manual transmission experience is a bonus but not required

Must pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
