Class A CDL Driver – Full Time

Tucson, AZ | $23–$26/hr

Tank's Recycling & Landfill is a locally owned and operated Tucson company providing sustainable recycling and landfill solutions for construction, demolition, landscaping, and inert materials. With multiple landfill and reclamation sites across Southern Arizona, we're committed to responsible waste management, exceptional customer service, and protecting Arizona's environment.

What You'll Do

Day-to-Day as a Class A CDL Driver

As a Full-Time Class A CDL Driver, you'll play a key role in daily operations by safely and efficiently transporting materials across our sites and customer locations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Operating Roll Off Trucks, Simple 16, Belt Trailers, and End Dump trucks

  • Performing compactor swaps and roll-off container placement

  • Conducting daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections

  • Completing driving logs and required documentation accurately

  • Providing professional, friendly customer service at job sites

  • Performing daily vehicle servicing and light maintenance

  • Collaborating with dispatch and team members to ensure smooth operations

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Enjoy a consistent routine with no rotating shifts.

What Matters Most

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Valid CDL A license and current medical/health card

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience (preferred)

  • Experience operating:

    • Roll Off Trucks

    • Simple 16 Dump Trucks

    • Belt Trailers and End Dumps

  • Ability to perform compactor swaps

  • Comfort using a dolly for material deliveries

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Clean driving record

  • Commitment to safety and being drug-free

Pay & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay: $23–$26/hour (based on experience)
