A company is looking for an IT Specialist to focus on Access Management and Ticket Resolution.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage user accounts, including setup, modification, and deactivation
Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware or software issues
Handle and resolve IT support tickets, prioritizing according to urgency
Qualifications :
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software
Familiarity with ticket resolution systems and processes is a plus
Minimum 2 years in a professional IT environment
Experience with Google Workspace and JIRA (Atlassian)
