[job_card.job_description]Help manage drivers and warehouse operatives Assure warehouse optimization standards are met Receiving deliveries, unloading trucks and storing of inventory Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of vendor products Performing daily vehicle inspections per company policy and ensuring truck maintenance needs are addressed Participation in daily cycle count process Other duties as requested or needed Previous supervisory experience preferred Experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment High School Graduate or equivalent Must be able to repetitively lift up to 75 pounds while bending and twisting Computers experience including Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc. Customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills Must maintain a current driver's license Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen Market competitive compensation 401(k) and Roth with company match. Operations Lead

TBC serves wholesale customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico through TBC Brands, NTW, TBC International, and TBC de Mexico. Additionally, TBC responds to the needs of consumers in search of total car care at more than 465 franchised tire and automotive service centers under Big O Tires. TBC is headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
TBC markets on a wholesale basis to regional tire chains and distributors serving independent tire dealers throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico. TBC has 20 proprietary brands of tires specializing in passenger, commercial, farm and specialty tires. In 2005, TBC Corp. was purchased by Sumitomo Corporation of America (SCOA). SCOA is the largest subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation, one of Japan's major integrated trading and investment business enterprises. In 2018 Michelin, the largest tire manufacturer in Europe, invested in the company which is now a 50 : 50, privately held joint venture between Sumitomo and Michelin.
