Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage teams across multiple functions through design cycles
Develop business and account strategies while negotiating complex sales

Required Qualifications
BS in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 8 years of technical sales experience or equivalent
Technical background in lasers, optics, or telecom
Experience in large, complex account management is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills and self-drive in high-pressure situations
