A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive who will drive growth by deepening relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth within the existing customer base in the Mid Market segment through expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, expansion signals, and areas of risk
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive account growth
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in sales roles focused on expanding and retaining existing customer relationships, ideally within SaaS
Strong track record of identifying and closing upsell / cross-sell opportunities
Experience managing Requests for Information (RFIs) or Requests for Quotes (RFQs)
Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with the dynamic nature of sales
Desirable experience selling project management or productivity software
