Senior Medical Assistant

The Senior Medical Assistant provides clinical support to patients and assists care providers with clinical and administrative support. Duties include preparing patients for health care visits, conducting quality checks, performing patient reception, managing electronic medical records, and providing general office support. The role also involves preceptorship, inventory management, and maintaining a safe work environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant Program, and one year of healthcare experience. Preferred is ambulatory neurology experience. Certifications include Basic Life Support and active Medical Assistant Certification. Pay is dependent on relevant experience, with an hourly range of $20.00 to $27.67.
