What You’ll Do

As a BCBA, you’ll play a key role in helping children and families achieve meaningful progress through individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. You’ll work closely with your Clinic Director and ABA leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Your Responsibilities Include :

• Managing a caseload of 8–12 patients
• Conducting assessments and designing personalized treatment plans
• Supervising and mentoring behavior technicians
• Coaching parents and caregivers to apply ABA principles at home
• Collaborating with other therapy providers for holistic care
