[job_card.job_description]Conduct physical exams and patient assessments Order and interpret diagnostics Develop treatment plans and collaborate with the supervising physician Prescribe medications and manage acute conditions Respond to emergency situations; must be code-competent Perform procedures, assist with treatments, and administer medications Educate patients and families regarding care plans Maintain chart accuracy in Experity EMR Support patient flow and clinic operations Effective rate ~$95 / hr (base + penalty pay) Monthly scheduling for predictability Full-Time Packages : Health, dental, vision PTO + sick time 401k Scrubs provided Malpractice with tail coverage DEA renewal reimbursement Part-Time Packages : Sick time 401k Scrubs provided Malpractice with tail 1+ year experience in Urgent Care or higher-acuity setting Active California PA License Current NCCPA certification DEA with California address BLS, ACLS, PALS Comfortable working at least one weekend shift Willing to float up to 20 miles based on clinic needs Work in brand-new clinics (Montebello & Downtown LA) Opportunity to grow into leadership roles as new sites open State-of-the-art equipment and modern, clean environments Flexible PT / FT options Highly supportive, mission-led culture

Locations Hiring : Downtown LA
- Montebello
- Manhattan Beach
- Redondo Beach
Schedule : PT (1–2 shifts / week) or FT (3 shifts / week)
Shift Times : 9am–9pm (12-hour shifts) + 6-hour weekend shifts
About the Role
Our urgent care network is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for skilled Physician Assistants with urgent care or higher-acuity experience. You’ll join a forward-thinking team that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and patient-centered care.
This role offers autonomy, strong support from Emergency Medicine physicians, modern facilities, and consistent scheduling.
