This role involves managing the functionality of existing websites, launching new web platforms, and driving results through strategic digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities :
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of the organization's website, ensuring content accuracy and optimal user experience.
- Coordinate updates, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance website performance.
- Lead the development and launch of new websites, managing vendor partnerships, content migration, and testing processes.
- Design and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns, including email blasts and paid advertisements, to increase engagement and visibility.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality digital and print content that aligns with branding and messaging goals.
- Partner with internal departments and external vendors to execute communication strategies effectively.
- Monitor SEO performance and optimize content to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in website management and digital marketing roles.Proficiency in website platforms such as WordPress and knowledge of SEO principles.Strong expertise in web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and GA4.Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Mailchimp, AdWords, and PPC strategies.Ability to create and manage email campaigns and paid social media advertisements.Familiarity with HTML and CSS for basic website customization.Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
