The position of Merchandising Assistant at JTV opens the door to the fascinating world of retail merchandising in a unique and exciting way. JTV Merchandising Assistants are integral to the process of bringing product into the JTV inventory. The successful candidate will be immersed in the high-energy, fast-paced environment of JTV. Merchandising assistants help navigate the ins and outs of bringing products to the customer via television, jtv.com, and social media.

HOW EVERY DAY DAZZLES at JTV – A Day in the Life

The Merchandising Assistant:

• .Provides overall administrative support for inbound and outbound product
• Works closely with buyers, assistant buyers, and/or associate buyers
• Is responsible for sku creation in his/her category
• Is a conduit between Quality Control and merchandising
• Helps ensure samples are submitted to Imaging in a timely manner
• Provides samples for model shoots and other advertising as requested
• Works closely with Fulfillment to ensure product is on-site and available to ship
• Performs other related duties as requested by leadership and determined by the needs of the business

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent training/experience in the ever-chaning, high energy retail industry
