Fullstack Java Lead with React

Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Full Stack Java Lead with React experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. Key Roles and Responsibilities

Technical Leadership and Architecture :

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable and high-performance applications using Java and React.
• Define and implement technical architecture, ensuring the use of optimal design patterns and best practices.
• Drive technical roadmaps for projects and provide architectural guidance to the development team.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into solutions to improve development efficiency and application quality.

Qualifications

The annual salary for this position is between $114,000 - $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
