Job Title : Enterprise Architect – Defense North America Business Working Pattern : Fulltime Working location : Indianapolis, IN or Reston, VA or Remote As an Enterprise Architect for Rolls-Royce’s Defense North America Business, you’ll become a key part of our Defence Digital & IT leadership team. This is a highly influential and impactful role, as you’ll be guiding and defining Defense’s technology strategy and architecture in order to enable the business strategy and achievement of critical operational and financial goals.Our Digital & IT function is at the heart of enabling our business to transform into a high-performing, competitive, resilient and growing company. What you will be doing With this attractive opportunity you will get the chance to :

• Collaborate with Digital & IT Business Partners and business leaders to deeply understand the Defence business strategy.
• Develop a mid- to long-term view of the capability landscape required by the business
• Develop a multi-year Digital capability roadmap aligned to business priorities and outcomes to enable the strategy, financial and operational goals to be met.
• Establish roadmaps that are focused on reducing risk, technical debt, total cost of ownership whilst increasing overall business value delivered to Defence.
• Understand and articulate evolving business priorities and technology capabilities; drive innovation, concept assessments, industry benchmarking analysis, risk analysis, business case development and approval for technologies that could benefit Defence.
• Collaborate with vendors and industry leaders to identify strategic and innovative uses of technology to address business challenges / opportunities and close capability gaps in Defence.
• Establish and lead governance arrangements to ensure that the enterprise architecture delivers the desired business outcomes and benefits to Defence.

$140,242 - $227,894-Annually
