The Product Management team for the Signaling & Systems business is focused on supporting various back-office technologies such as Dispatching, Customer Information Systems, SCADA, and PTC applications. This is a technology savvy team with significant experience in rail operations, software development, and project execution. You will work directly with the customers, Project Management teams, Engineering teams, and other product management leaders as well as the Digital Intelligence growth and sales teams.

As a member of the Signaling & Systems Product Management team, you will be responsible for managing the TCOS product portfolio, focused on CAD, CIS, BOS, SSMC, and various common products, with respect to maintenance contracts, new projects, New Product Initiatives, and the overall product roadmap. In this role you will create, maintain, and execute a clear direction for the products and associated subsystems. By working with Engineering, Sales, and Project organizations you will create value propositions for the existing products and propose innovative solutions to grow the Dispatch market. You will learn the challenges your customers are dealing with through discovery and VOC and will help shape the customers' vision. You will interact with Engineering with a clear and descriptive set of requirements captured as user stories and partner with the team to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt.

You must have :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, product management, or closely related degree
• Minimum of 8 years of Product Management experience, preferably in software solutions
• Experience in software development lifecycle
• Rail industry experience
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication, strategy, financial, negotiation, and presentation skills.
