Debt Consultant

A company is looking for a Debt Consultant (Inside Sales) to assist consumers in resolving their unsecured debt.

Key Responsibilities

Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to consumers interested in debt resolution services

Evaluate clients' situations and provide options for debt repayment, including quoting payment options

Manage a client pipeline and ensure thorough follow-up and completion of client files

Required Qualifications

1+ years of prior debt settlement or inside sales experience

Ability to efficiently manage a sales pipeline

Energetic and self-motivated individual

Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and CRM tools

Must be within a commutable distance to the office in West Palm Beach, FL
