Key Responsibilities
Review student / instructor feedback on zyBooks content and assess its validity
Assist users with account management tasks such as merging accounts and resetting passwords
Escalate issues to internal teams and oversee their progress while providing updates to users
Required Qualifications
Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in CS / CE / IT / Engineering / Math at a 4-year or 2-year college / university
Proficiency in fundamentals of programming languages like C, C++, Python, or Java
Available to work off hours such as evenings / weekends
Access to a laptop or computer
