Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Completion of a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program or equivalent.

Certifications Requirements : Valid State LVN license, BLS certification, and IV certification.

Experience Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience in long-term care, group home, hospital, or corrections settings.

Other Requirements : Competency in managing g-tubes / enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and traches; ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and nights; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or correctional facility setting.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.

Execute medical procedures such as managing g-tubes, Foley catheters, and tracheostomies efficiently and safely.
