Established in March 2012, The Dirty Buffalo brings the taste of Western New York to Hampton Roads! We are a family-owned, locally operated restaurant that focuses on delivering great wings and other Northern comfort food in a casual, family-friendly environment.  We are also growing!  We opened our first franchise in 2021 and plan to continue to expand throughout the Southeast.  Check out our website, www.thedirtybuffalo.com for more information about who we are and what it’s like to work here.

Skills :

  • You’re outgoing and friendly and love talking to people
  • You’re a customer service rockstar and a great salesperson.  Your phone voice is on point!
  • You have great attention to detail when it comes to entering orders made by phone or online
  • You take pride in your work and want to get every order right, every time
  • You prefer working on a team, helping out your peers, and jumping in where you are needed - even if it’s cleaning bathrooms or mopping floors
  • You can handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.  Maybe you even love a good challenge!
  • You take your job seriously and don’t call out or show up late unless it’s a true emergency
  • You’re excited to learn something new and be part of something good.

Responsibilities :

  • You go above and beyond, every day, every shift, to make the guest happy
  • You know our menu inside and out, can walk a guest through all the options that come with their order, recommend favorite dishes, and answer questions about available specials.
  • Your top priority is the guest and greet every guest with a smile as soon as they walk in the door.
  • You check every order to ensure it’s accurate before you let it leave the building.
  • You show up on time, in uniform, with a smile every day
  • You take and receive direction like a pro and when you don’t understand something you ask lots of questions.
  • When you see something that isn’t right, or receive a complaint from a guest, you go out of your way to make it right.
  • You open and close cash registers with ease.

    • You must be willing and able to :

  • Stand up and move for most - if not all - of your shift
  • Work weekends and holidays
  • Lift up to 25 lbs
  • Get to work in inclement weather (we are from Buffalo, we don’t close for snow)
  • Understand and communicate in the predominant language of our guests.

  • You are a skilled communicator and love to keep yourself and everyone else on task.
  • You show up on time, in uniform, ready to work every day

  • When you see something that isn’t right, you go out of your way to make it right.

    • You must be willing and able to :
