In this Head of CRE Loan Servicing role, you will play a critical role in managing the operations and servicing of commercial real estate loans utilizing our best-in-class tech platform. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the primary loan servicing function, ensuring compliance with loan documents, servicing agreements, investor requirements, and regulatory standards. This role provides leadership to servicing staff, manages complex commercial real estate loan portfolios, and serves as the primary point of escalation for clients, borrowers, lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders. The manager will ensure service quality, operational excellence, and timely resolution of servicing matters. We are looking for strong expertise in commercial real estate loan servicing with a focus on private credit deals. Open to candidates in either our Dallas office or DC Headquarters.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Manage a team responsible for loan servicing clients ensuring they are effectively leveraging RI's Servicing platform to meet the client's needs.
• Strategize with Senior Leadership on process improvements, growth opportunities and new system features.
• Partner with internal Sales / Business Development team to grow client base.
• Serve as senior point of contact for borrowers, lenders, investors, rating agencies, and third-party service providers.
• Resolve escalated servicing issues and complex inquiries while providing excellent customer service.
• Communicate clearly regarding loan requirements, performance concerns, collateral issues, and transaction processes.
• Lead initiatives to improve servicing processes, technology, and quality control.
• Coordinate system updates, data audits, and regulatory changes impacting servicing.
• Support strategic planning and growth initiatives within the servicing department.

Education / Experience :

The base salary range for this role is provided in accordance with local regulations, but salary represents just one component of the total compensation package. Additional elements such as bonuses, overtime, deferred cash (where applicable), benefits, perks, and company contributions to 401(k) plans-often result in total compensation significantly exceeding the base salary. Compensation is influenced by individual performance, tenure, experience, geographic location, business unit needs, company performance, and market conditions.
