Position Highlights

  • Location : In-home counseling throughout Essex County.
  • Employment Type : Part-Time or Full-Time.
  • Compensation :

    • $60,000 per year or $65$85 per hour (depending on hours worked and licensure).

  • Opportunities for additional income through assessments and specialty services.

    • What Youll Do

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of youth and families.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and ensure timely documentation.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to address mental health, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals dedicated to empowering communities.

    • Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Active NJ license (LPC, LCSW, LSW, LAC).
  • Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
  • Commitment to providing culturally sensitive and client-centered care.
