A company is looking for an Assistant Manager, Product Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary reviewer for daily accounting functions and reconciliation processes
Assist in managing department-wide projects and the implementation of new programs
Drive continuous process improvements and maintain program projections to support analytical needs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of accounting experience
Experience in Banking as a Service (BaaS) or fintech industries is a plus
Demonstrated strong judgment and analytical skills
Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks
Client-obsessed mentality with a strong team orientation
