GDT Sales Support Specialist works closely with Account Executives to build and maintain a successful and continued relationship with GDT's client base with the goal of increasing client satisfaction and contributing to the growth of the business. In this role, you will provide the essential day-to-day facilitation of post sales activities. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and work proactively in a fast-paced environment will be the key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide support for assigned Account Executives for all post sales functions including :
• Building quote configurations in the Cisco Configuration Tool and preparing the POs in SAP
• Communicating with partners, vendors, and suppliers to confirm pricing and availability of product.
• Coordinating with GDT's logistics and purchasing teams to provide tracking information to the customer and implementation teams.
• Assist with RFQ entry and RFP documentation.
• Create and submit expense reports, return material processing and tracking, aging and commission reports.
• Return material processing and tracking.
