Behavioral Health Provider (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) - Telemedicine

Overview:
We are seeking qualified Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) to provide remote mental health services through telemedicine. This role allows you to utilize your California license to deliver high-quality therapy sessions, helping individuals navigate mental health challenges while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment. Required Skills:
  • Valid California license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)
  • Proven experience in social work, therapy, or counseling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bilingual abilities
  • Experience working with diverse populations or specialized mental health issues
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care or crisis intervention
  • Prior experience in telehealth settings

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure
  • Prior experience providing telehealth services is advantageous

Other Requirements:
  • California licensure is mandatory
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a private, secure workspace
  • Certification and licensure reimbursements available where applicable
  • No travel required; work entirely remotely
