Pay Scale : $40-50 / hr + SPIFFs and commission

    • Manageable workload with no more than 3-4 calls per day

  • Minimal on-call expectations-emergencies only, never 24 / 7

    • Required Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of residential plumbing experience.
  • MA or NH Plumbers license
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle pipes and fixtures.
  • Attention to detail and proficient at reading blueprints.
  • Solid knowledge of local plumbing codes.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
