In this vital role, you'll ensure smooth insurance verification, handle prior authorizations, and facilitate accurate billing and collections-all contributing directly to the company's financial health and ability to serve our community.

Salary : $43-50K, onsite in Cleveland

Required Skills :

• 2-5 years of medical billing, insurance verification, or revenue cycle experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medicaid) and coverage rules
• Experience with EHR or practice management systems, payer portals, and authorization workflows
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and billing software
