APPRENTICE ELECTRICIAN

Primary Purpose :

The goal of the Lead Electrician is to perform his assigned duties with minimal supervision including the following : lead work crews in the installation, inspection and repair of district electrical equipment, electrical systems and circuits, electrical fixtures such as switches and circuitry boxes according to the National Electrical Code. Keep accurate records for work order maintenance, District purchasing and warehouse procedures and respond to emergency electrical problems.

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Experience Required
• Valid journeymen electrical license as required by the state of Texas
