Key Responsibilities
Act as a support liaison for functional and technical inquiries related to Hospitality product lines
Provide timely and courteous customer service while resolving incidents and queries
Maintain effective communication with customers to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service or support roles
Ability to evaluate solutions for product-related questions
Familiarity with operating environments
Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays
US Citizenship required due to government contract obligations
