Conduct thorough interviews and assessments in both English and Spanish, ensuring candidates align with our company culture and values.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing supportive feedback at every stage.

Maintain accurate applicant tracking within our ATS, following up on all candidate activity to ensure compliance.
